Tobogganing

Tobogganing is fun for young and old. In the Wildkogel Arena, tobogganing has even become world-famous - the toboggan run on the Wildkogel is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as "The longest floodlit toboggan run in the world"! Here you can whizz down into the valley on a 14 km long natural toboggan run. First, take the gondola lift up to 2,100 metres above sea level to the start of the toboggan run.

Before setting off, you can treat yourself to some culinary delicacies in the sunshine on the terrace of the mountain inn or enjoy a "schnapps" for your courage. On your toboggan ride down, you will pass several ski huts and ski bars where you can take a break and enjoy the fantastic views of the Salzach Valley and the surrounding mountains.

You can also ride the toboggan run in the evening - it is floodlit until 20:00.
